Below are samples and prices for commission types I offer.

All commission requests are done through Ko-fi.

******** Turn-around Time ******** 

Roughly 3-6 weeks after payment is received depending on

character design, commission type requested, and order of reception.

******** PAYMENT ********  

• Payment must be made through your Ko-fi commission order. 

• I do not accept payment plans at this time. ​Please make sure you have the full amount ready to pay with upfront.  

******** REFUNDS ******** 

• Refunds are debatable. Casual refunds are only given if it has been over 14 business days since you've paid and I have not started your commission yet.  

• Your commission will not be completed if you receive a refund.  Refunds are not given if the commission has been started or completed. 

• I reserve the right to cancel your commission for any reason I see fit.   

******** COMMUNICATION ********  

• Commissions will be worked on during Twitch streams, communication is available Monday-Friday between 9am and 5PM MDT. Communication in regards to commissions will be answered during the aforementioned hours, though actual work may be done outside of the hours of operation.

• Please be civil, kind, and respectful. I am a one-person team. Unwarranted rude behavior will result in the immediate cancellation and refund of current commissions and refusal of future commissions. Your commission will not be completed, you will not receive the current progress, nor will you be granted permission to use the current progress in any way, shape, or form.  ​

• You are responsible for correcting any mistakes I may make on your commissioned piece or request changes during the commission process. Major changes will not be made after completion if you do not speak up during the commission process. ​Minor change requests after completion can be made within 48 hours of receiving the final piece. 

• I WILL NOT make changes to a finished commission if the request is due to design changes made during progress or after the completion of the commission. 

******** PROGRESS ********  

• I do not work off text descriptions alone.   Image references are mandatory.  ​Your commission will be dropped if you cannot provide any image references. 

• Do NOT give me adult, grotesque, or offensive images as your references.   I do not feel comfortable having to view these materials often, which may result in the cancellation of your commission and refusal of future services. 

• I will try to provide multiple progress updates as often as I can, but you can tune in via Twitch stream and see the progress live.   Please feel free to use these opportunities to request any changes. Prompt responses results in faster completion.​

•  Larger Commissions will take longer than small ones. Smaller personal and commissioned artworks may be produced faster than larger ones due to size. ​Smaller artworks are typically done as warm-ups or done during breaks on larger artworks. 

 ******** USAGE ********  

As the artist: 

• I have the right to display your commissioned piece(s) on any of my art pages/social media accounts to showcase my artistic abilities and use as examples to future commissioners.

• I will not reproduce your commissioned piece(s) as merchandise, or replicating it near exact for another commissioner. 

• Your commission MIGHT be featured in artbooks that may be sold as part of a compilation of examples showcasing my artistic abilities and past works.

• I will not mint or sell your commission for NFTs

• I will not add your commission to generative AI datasets

As the commissioner:

• ​You have the right to display your commissioned piece(s) anywhere you wish, provided credit is properly given and my signature is not removed. 

•  You may use your commissioned piece(s) for branding purposes (e.g. vtuber assets, banners, logos, etc) 

• You may reproduce your commissioned piece(s) for non-profit personal use such as an art print to display on your wall, or stickers to post on personal belongings. 

• At current, commercial use of commissioned piece(s) must be discussed, but as a baseline it is not allowed unless we've discussed.

• You do not have permission to mint or sell your commission for NFT 

• You do not have permission to feed your commission into generative AI datasets
